9:30 – 17:00 Practical Risk Based Testing
How can we find the most critical defects early? How can we organize our work (personally and for the team) to get that? In this workshop, you will learn about the different risk approaches, their day to day uses, how to identify, analyze and mitigate risks, which risks are relevant for testing, which metrics might be used for reporting and tracking risks, and get practical tools for the whole risk based testing cycle. We shall analyze risk real-life examples (real-life, case study projects graphs), and identify different types of risks. We will also discuss how risk is identified and managed in agile projects.
The workshop is advised to senior engineers, team leaders, test managers and quality assurance engineers and managers, that would like to get knowledge and skills in identifying risks, managing their testing operation accordingly, and get a higher ROI.
To participate in this workshop, you must take a personal computer with a windows operating system and a MS Office program.
