When it comes to my career path, before joining Tieto this summer, I worked for Accenture (2 yrs) in different roles in Agile projects as a Business Analyst and Scrum master having quite complicated setups. At the same time I got functional tester’s experience in Circle K IT projects (3 yrs) and have taken part in establishment of two departments in SEB shared service center in Riga quite long time ago (7 yrs) During SEB times, I learned SWIFT messaging, finance processes, merchant banking business and together with the team we were working on improvement of cash management products and services. During this time, I also developed successful working relationships and an advantageous professional network with bank customers and stakeholders from different countries and cultures across the world.
