Zigmars is Test Manager at DNB bank responsible for test strategies, project management and support users and testers on testing activities.
He is also a Certified ISTQB® instructor at Baltijas Datoru akadēmija (www.bda.lv) were he develops and delivers ISTQB® certification preparation courses.
He has been working in several large IT projects and programs in banking industry like core system replacement and EURO implementation in DNB bank. He has 16 years of banking experience holds ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager and Prince2 Project Management certificates and looks forward to share and expand his knowledge as instructor.
When we talk about testing processes the important values for him are simplicity and transparency. He is passionate about Lean and doing less by saving resources and providing higher added value deliverables at the same time.
