Roberts is working as Quality Assurance engineer at TestDevLab. In his position he works on a wide range of technical issues related to testing, development and networks. Roberts holds a bachelor degree in telecommunications from Riga Technical University. His bachelor thesis provided recommendations for methods of measuring VoIP call quality.
